The current structure of KFA is made up of a Board of Trustees of the KFA Trust Fund who are responsible for the KFA purpose and strategic direction, development and monitoring of policies and working closely with the management to ensure that the fundamental principles and objectives that gave birth to KFA are met, and a Management team saddled with the responsibilities of day to day administration of the project. In other words, the Board’s job is essentially that of governance, while the management job is to run the KFA as a private concern.

o Alhaji Aliko Dangote - President, Dangote Group

o Alh. Fatai Salman – Community Leader in Kwara State

o Mr. Tope Daramola – Regional Executive, Intercontinental Bank Plc.

o Ms. Funlola Adewale – Managing Director, UBA Foundation
